◆補足説明
Should と had better では、had better のほうが強い表現となります。日本語だと should は「～すべき」、had better は「～したほうがいい」と訳されがちなので should のほうが強いと勘違いされがちです。
Had better は「～しないと困ったことになる、その困る結果とは●●」（You’d bette～, or ●●）とキツい言い方で、You’d better～ と相手に言う場合、「必ずやれよ、さもないと･･･」と軽い脅しに近い印象も与えうる表現です。
上司には使うべき表現ではありません。同僚や部下へ使う際も注意が必要です。
