なるべく早く、ご都合がつき次第、返答を頂ければ、非常に感謝します。
（I’d (= I would), if you could と助動詞の過去を使うこと。）



◆補足説明
メールでよく使う表現です。口頭ではやや堅い印象を与えます。at your earliest convenience の代わりに when you have a chance、as soon as you can も可です。口頭でも自然な表現ですが、when you have a chance は、いまひとつ緊迫感がないニュアンスです。

「もしかして可能だろうか？」というかなり丁寧な切り出し方です。提案内容・依頼内容が突拍子もない場合もありえます。部下に対する指示に使うのはかなり下手ですが、相手に無理を要求するような場合や、本来の職務でないことを依頼する場合などなら自然です。

◆補足説明
「金曜日までに返答を貰いたい」ということを、丁寧に伝える言い方です。(3)同様、部下に対する指示に使うのはかなり下手ですが、相手に無理を要求するような場合や、本来の職務でないことを依頼する場合などなら自然です。フォーマルな場面や依頼をしにくい場面でよく使う表現です。
