代入した文のネイティブによる読みで、疑問文であるにもかかわらず語尾が下がっているものがあります。これは、答えに Yes. を予期している態度です。
例えば、上司から部下への質問ならば、疑問文の形はとっていますが、「当然いいよね、それとも何か問題があるかな？」と一応確認しているニュアンスです。実際には指示を出しているのに近い表現となります。
